Cape cod short term rental

Hi,

I'm an investor in CO. My mother in law wants to buy a vacation home with me on the cape. Since I invest and rehab all our properties I'd like to find a fixer upper that we can BRRRR and do short term rental during the summer.

Looking to build a team to help us with the following:

1. Purchasing the house

2. Rehabbing the house

3. PM to manage short term rental

Would love to hear from other investors with recommendations. Looking to buy this fall / winter so we can remodel and be ready for summer 2020.
