Harrisburg, PA investor friendly Realtors?

Looking for some experienced Realtors who are investor friendly in the Harrisburg PA area. Someone who doesn't have a problem making lowball offers to properties that have been on the market for long periods. And connections to good contractors and property management. Unfortunately I can't attend the local REI meetings currently due to scheduling conflicts.
