Licensing & Association in NOVA/MD/DC

Julian King
Posted

I need a bit of guidance from any local realtors. The time for renewing my DC license is approaching, I have 3 new clients one in NOVA and two in MD. I only currently have my DC license and currently a member of GCAAR. I have referred out nearly 10 deals this past year and frankly I'm tired of missing out on the money. I was told I only have to take the state law portion for MD & VA as I have already passed the national exam for DC. Is there any validity to this and how soon do you think I could get everything. Please help.
