Wanting to further my horizon....

Hello all!

I am a "retired" branch manager for a local credit union near Chicago. Recently I've given up my 9-5 to become a stay at home mom to my 9month old son! Although I love staying with him all day long I am yearning for something more. Months back I've tried 3 times with no avail to pass the exam to get my real estate license however I have not yet passed. I did set down the book for a while because right now we are in the middle of a rehab project on a duplex. I have been in the REI world since 2016-1 single family, 2 duplexes...me quitting my 9-5, I'd like to get my foot in the door with a career revolved/related to real estate, as I have not yet passed the exam I want to still pursue some type of career in this field until I succeed at the exam. My question for you all is..how can I get my foot in the door, are there careers/jobs that allow me to be in the real estate world without a license. I am super excited and eager to begin this new journey, thank you for reading and your feedback!
