Which brokerage would you choose?

I wanted to find out from other agents, which brokerage concept would be more appealing if you were a newer agent with a job.... trying to transition into a full time agent:

1. 100% commision with a reasonable fee.  "Keep more of your commission".

2. Paid Training. "Learn from the best in the biz".

3. We Pay your MLS and NAR fees. "Your first few years just got easier, not strings attached."

@William Ward

Unless you are REALLY self-driven or have a mentor at office 1 or 3, you should go with number 2. I started out at Coldwell Banker and it was great. At the time, they had a good training program and I still remember several things from it 16 years later.

One of my favorite things the trainer said that stuck with me was SWSWSW:

"Some will, some won't, so what"

Keep this in mind when your friends have burned you and gone with "more experience agents" and any other time you are feeling disappointed because things aren't going well.
