Broker is trying to take more commissions than agreed on

I wanted to switch brokers that wouldn't charge me monthly office dues. so the day I sent my resignation to old broker I got a call from a client I worked on for 7 months. I asked the recruiter if I had to pay for a mentor fee out of this transaction since I am signing on with them and bringing a new client? I was told no that it would start with the next transaction since I had not been assigned a mentor yet and I was about to execute the contract with my buyers. I met the mentor the day after I executed and I was talking to her about how the listing agent was already insisting payment of option fee and earnest money. She told me I didn't have to get it to them until Tuesday since 3rd day fell on Sunday. I didn't feel comfortable with that and called legal hotline and they told me earnest is due the following business day (Monday) and option is still due Sunday. Then Monday came and mentor asked about how things went with listing agent over the weekend? I told her fine but I'm trying to get the MLS status changed since it's been 4 days since execution. Mentor told me to turn her into Metrotex and that if I wanted she would do it for me. I said no I don't want to stir things up with the listing agent. I contacted listing agents broker that evening and just asked politely if she could see it was updated and that I know the agent is busy. Listing agent was very understanding and kind about it. My mentor copied me in a email the following day with a email that she turned my listing agent with. I was furious and told the mentor I wanted to leave the mentorship but was told I couldn't so asked for a replacement. She argued with me about it and I told her she wouldn't be getting a commission from this. She went to the VP, he called town days later saying that was not their policy and I told him I had everything in writing stating I only had to Pay Brokerage fee. They sent my license to TREC but said the contract is finishing out through Broker. I asked if I could see it to closing and was told yes I forgot I am in active status with a broker. I was immediately then was told to send my documents to CDA department. I asked what commissions are expected to come out of the contract at closing to be paid to broker? I was told The standard transaction fee of $500 and then if you have any unpaid invoices, Ecommissions or referral fees. so I asked if that was the transaction fee of $500 plus the $399 I still owed broker? Got no answer. Received CDA yesterday and I was being charged 30% on top of the $500 transtransaction fee, I have asked to have this clairified but have had no response. I have all this in writing but if they don't take the 30% off and there is nothing in contact that says i owe this can i sue after closing for the 30%?
