Real Estate Agent Referral for Charlotte, NC.

Hello BP! 

I hope you guys are doing great today, I need your guys help finding a real estate agent for Charlotte, North Carolina.

I have been looking for one but it's hard to find someone who is able to meet our expectations. We are looking to find someone who has experience with working with investors, know the Ins and Outs of the market,  know what the investors' needs are, is able to communicate his concerns without beating around the bush and themselves have RE investments going on for themselves, etc.

My partner and I are looking to work with someone who knows the market very well since we don't know Charlotte in the physical level. We have done our own do-diligence to find out what is the medium home price, how much the homes are renting for, looked up neighborhoods, looked up the job market, have run numbers on our end etc. 

With all that being said, do you  guys know an agent who you would refer and know that he will go the extra mile on his work? If you do please send him/her our way, or if that is you, please leave your contact information and a small bio that I can go over. We are looking to buy and hold the property as owner-occupant and were are looking to buy soon
