Hey Guys! I am new to the bigger pockets forums, I've been listening to the podcasts and reading through many of the posts here and everything has been so insightful. Thanks to everyone!

I am a real estate agent in New Jersey. I've been around this business since I was about 12, when my dad became a broker, opened his own agency/family business and eventually became very successful at building new homes in the central New Jersey area. As soon as I turned 18 I wanted to get my real estate license but my dad had that college degree mentality when he came to this country. As soon as I finished my college degree I became licensed anyway. I enjoyed the ability to work with family and the business itself. We've had a few personal set backs but our current situation is I am the owner and my sister became licensed right before me. Right now there is the 3 of us and we mostly work on buying transactions for family and friends but I am looking to grow again just like my dad did. I would greatly appreciate any advice on the following ideas...whether to seek a broker partnership ? or simply increasing marketing/networking ?

Thanks again! This community is really awesome and I'd love to hear your thoughts!
