Hi BiggerPockets community!

I'm from the Cleveland area and I'm currently working on obtaining my Ohio RE license with the goal of becoming a commercial RE agent. I would eventually like to move down to Charleston, SC - hopefully within 2 to 3 years. Typically, I have a very stubborn personality and red tape has never bothered me. I just do whatever it takes to achieve the outcome I want. Realistically speaking, though, how tough is it to become an agent in an area completely new to you? How could I make myself a competitive candidate to potential CRE brokers I'd like to work under/for?

Thanks for your insights!
