I will be relocating to the great Anchorage Area this fall and I am in search of wholesalers, or a good investor friendly realtor. I will be up there in a few weeks on a house hunting trip. Wholesalers in Anchorage is a question I've heard a few times but never seen it answered.  Jamie Rose and Keenan Fitzpatrick are a couple of agents I've interacted with and would trust. They're both here on BP.
