Hello BP world! I'm 16 and looking for some advice form REAs:)
My name is Amit Grewal and was looking for some advice on how to really prepare myself to become a good and successful real estate agent, I'm not saying I wanted to make millions of dollars(but that would be nice). Rather I want to create good/strong relationships with my clients and want to make them satisfied with my work. Also, I want to fight the insane failure rate of almost 90%! I live in a small town called Chowchilla, not Coachella, in the central valley in Califonia. And since I am from a small town word of mouth spreads fairly quickly and I want to be recommended to other families and friends. I have prepared my self by religiously watching and listening to the 3 different BP podcasts and I have started to read a few books on real estate. But I am open to any advice, what books to read, maybe take an REA to lunch and pick their brain, what to do/how to prepare for the test, etc. Anything will greatly be appreciated!
