Best and worst agency to work for?

Hi all!

I am currently taking the classes to get my real estate license in CO. My background has mostly been in mortgage operations but I am ready to venture out and be my own boss - so to speak. I am currently taking classes from a very well known and national real estate agency BUT I am starting to feel that their culture might not be what I am looking for or what I had in mind. Once I do get licensed, I did sign a contract that I would work for this agency.

My question is - for those seasoned agents, what agencies did you love working for and why and which ones just weren't a good fit for you? especially ones that are really good for the newbies...

Any and all opinions welcome!

Thank you!
