Feedback on current Realtor challenges in today's market

Hello all, I'm new to this forum and would love your feedback/input - what would you say is your #1 struggle with your real estate business? For example - is it getting more qualified leads, working less hours, making more money, finding life/work balance, figuring out technology to work to your advantage, etc.? I'm just curious what other agents currently have a problem with or see as an obstacle to their success. Thank you!
