Hey,

live in Charlotte, nc trying to find an investor friendly realtor/rea and came across this company called BDF Realty. Sounds like a good fit, haven't screened anybody yet, but it sounds almost like they specialize in working with investors. Just wanted to know if anybody's had any experience with them..
