Homebuyers often have a picture of type of neighbourhood they want to live in.  Many at times they may have done their own research before coming for inspection.  Still, you should be prepared to answer specific questions about area schools, community amenities and businesses nearby etc. Not having an answer ready could turn a client off and cause you to lose a sale.

So, as a consultant, you need to do your homework before taking client for showing or open house. You should have all the details of the property.
