The 737,000 mistake

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) is trying to explain why their 4 year average for resale homes is off by close to a million homes. This is another indication that there needs to be outside checks and balances placed on those agencies that control a lot of politicians pockets. The first average was for 5,137,000 and now it has been revised to 4,420,000. Instead of trying to paint a rosy picture the agency should have been reporting statistics accurately - then there would not be any problem. Dues will probably have to be increased so they can do some additional advertising to cover their glaring mistake. It is a shame that so many have to suffer due to the actions of a few.
