brokerage shopping in Gilbert AZ

Hello all,

I was with a previous brokerage and did little business over the last 2 years, decided to not renew my dues this last Jan and move to a referral base. 2 months after not renewing I have a family friend referred to me and want to buy within 2 months. I was broker shopping last year Sept/Oct and didn't find much difference or value between them and just got frustrated. Being a newer agent I need someone to learn the ropes from and someone that can help me build a solid game plan to get out of my full time job and into real estate full time. I'd like to learn resale/investment/wholesaling.
