Gettin my RE License .. what now?

I should pass my Florid RE sales associate license this month and I’ll need to “hang” my license w a broker. How does one decide on a broker? Can you quit workin with one quickly or is that frowned upon? Also - I’d like to start part time working with assisting investor problems. Any insight is appreciated.
