Newbie Agent/Investor: How to Choose a Sponsor Brokerage?

Hi everyone, so I jumped in and decided to get my RE license in NJ.  I have passed the course and now just need to pass the state exam.  I will need to decide on which brokerage to hang my license with.  I don't plan on working as a full time agent, but more as a part time agent, focused on finding deals for myself, but happy to work with other investors on deals that don't fit for myself but could work for others.  Do you have any advice as to what I should look for in a brokerage?  What questions I should be asking?  Thanks for your help!
