Question if I should become licensed in Ohio before I move

I paid for my tuition last year thinking Id have it done by now but I am 100% certain I'll be moving out of state in June, and am wondering if I should consider re-paying for the course where I end up moving to, which will be either the Seattle-metro or Denver-metro areas. Downside there is, Id have to pay the tuition again, but it may help to go through classes with instructors ALREADY familiar with those markets. I just don't see it as being as getting licensed here, then *hoping* I somehow get a good start out there without all the little insights the instructors may have, even though it would technically cost me less money. But practically, it may cost me more in the long run. Your thoughts BP?
