I know their are many Investor-Real Estate Agents on this site. I want to share a cost effective way I get more leads. My wife focus on selling foreclosures & management while I focus on renovation & maintenance. We get great leads that will almost always match up to one of these categories. This is what we do! We have 5 stands that are in 5 of our friends businesses. One is in a barber shop, another in a beauty shop, a tax shop, and a carwash. These stands are nice looking boxes placed on the counter with information about our services. What we do is sponsor the services of that shop. We spend around $250 or so a month. The message that is on the box reads "for a free haircut go the www.-----.com and enter to win." We spend $40 monthly for 4 haircuts, $90 monthly for 3 wash & curls, $30 monthly for 2 car washes, and $100 a month for taxes only during the heavy season. This technique drive people to our site that may already be in the market for one of our services. We get great referrals from people whom we helped (the women tell everybody) & the owners have been very helpful working with us. I will follow up with a blog about the different people we have met and what services they needed. I hope this helps!
