Ok I will try this again. My mom has 3.7 acres that is always wet. Very swampy to be honest. Her house sits on a wood foundation and is sinking.  Hose is spliting, floor un level...just awful! She is moving! We got an offer for 15k.  Can anyone please tell me if that is a great deal!?
