What Should the Responsibilities of a Real Estate Agent be?

I thought it would be interesting to spark a discussion about what the responsibilities of a real estate agent. Feel free to add distinctions between agents working for investors and typical homeowners as well as between residential and commercial.

I'd love to get a big list of these responsibilities to see how they line with what most agents feel is their responsibility.
