Looking for a Investor Friendly Buyer's Agent - Baltimore

Hello all!

New to real estate investing but have read a couple books and scoured BP and I think I'm ready to take the plunge on my first property. Up until this point, I had assumed I'd just go ahead and deal with the listing agent directly... but better thoughts prevailed, and due to my inexperience I think I'll be more comfortable getting my own buyer's agent.

Does anyone have any recommendations for the Baltimore area? I'm located in Arlington, VA and I'm primarily interested in the Baltimore market, with interests in the Central Florida market as well. I've talked to a couple real estate agents that represent both buyers and sellers but they don't seem to have a whole lot of experience with investors. So I'm a little hesitant to commit. Figured I'd ask the BP community for advice! Thanks in advance!
