I am currently searching for agencies in my area and I have met with most of them over the past week but I am stuck between 2 agencies in particular. One agency has a mentorship program with a seasoned agent and the other is a smaller agency that I would be working more closely with the managing broker. Both sound beneficial to the start of my career as an agent but I am open to any insight from any agents on here.

Both brokerages you have someone to mentor you and show you the ropes.  You want an office that has the most listings.  More listings = more opportunities for you to piggyback off of and do open houses.  Free Leads.
