I'm a real estate agent. Buyers contacted me to purchase. I sent them to get pre-approved. They don't qualify. Their parents DO however & will be purchasing house in their (parents) name. Am I being too 'strict' by demanding the the parents come with us to see ALL potential homes? The son wants to show his dad only the 'chosen' property. I don't agree bc I'll be doing double work and parents wont know 'comps' and will shut down the 'chosen' property.
