So, there's a new flip show on TV. "Flipping Vegas." The show follows a flipping "expert" bumble his way through rehabs in the Vegas market.

His attitude reminds me of Armando Montelongo. Very angry towards his contractors, constantly yelling, he always seems to be working with new guys. According to the show, he does the rehabs very quickly using these techniques. Eventually you think you would run out of guys in town willing to get yelled and screamed at all day at work though.

In the three or four episodes they have aired so far, every single home has sold at the open house. Is this 1DOM sale just "creative license" for television? Or is there some secret to the perfect open house that sells a home on the first day, every time?
