Hi, I'm thinking to become the Real Estate Sales Agent in Texas.

I have two questions: 

(1) From all the Qualifying Education Providers - which one is the cheapest one?

(2) Any recommendations on a sponsor? I'm planning to do deals for "friends and family" more than anything.
