Investor friendly real estate agent in Columbia Ms

Hi my name is Chaz and I have lived In Mississippi my whole life and I just recently moved to columbia. I have been looking at the rental market here for a while and it looks really strong and I am trying to find a real estate agent that has experience with investors or anyone really in the columbia area that is an investor that would be willing to help me get my investing started in this area. There are really cheap houses and really expensive houses and good and bad neighborhoods and I haven’t figured the ins and outs of columbia out yet, so if anyone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
