Sponsoring Broker in Delaware County Pennsylvania

I just passed my PA state and national real estate exam. I’m now looking for a sponsoring broker to hang my license under in Delaware County. I am looking to invest in rental properties. I acquired my license to increase my knowledge about real estate before I start to invest in the field. I also want to retain the commission when purchasing property. I need a broker that understands and supports the fact that I have a full time career and am looking to acquire rental property. Does anyone have any suggestions on a brokerage that works with agents who are looking to purchase and hold rental property in Delaware County, PA? Please provide any advise you can think of! Your help is greatly appreciated!

Hi @Marquise Hatcher I hang my license with Vanguard Realty Alliance in West Chester. They are based in Chester County but several of the agents (including myself) operate in Delaware County. I love the atmosphere and have gotten at least 6 more deals this year because I moved over. There is a great network of people associated with the brokerage including a mortgage broker in house, a transaction coordinator you can utilize for a small additional fee, and an in house title company if you don’t already have one. The agents in the office also collaborate on a lot of deals which in turn brings you more opportunities. They charge a monthly fee and a transaction fee, but no commission splits which lets you get very creative. I forget the fees off the top of my head but they are very reasonable. Shoot me a PM if you want me to make an introduction and get the process started for you.
