Broker Conflict of interest.

I have a question. Im currently employed by one broker. If i were to pursue a side job as a property manager. Would it be conflict of interest.

You cannot engage in PM without the permission of your Broker.  Most Brokers are not going to allow you to do PM as this area produces by far the most liability for the Broker as they are responsible for your actions.  I also think you would find that once you split your commission with your broker per your agreement that the compensation will not be worth the effort
