Seekikg Broker partner for my property mgmt. company

Hello BP community! I am interested in having a conversation with a real estate broker in the Philadelphia metro area about my interests in starting a property management company. I have my real estate license but I am not a broker and therefore am not able to hang a shingle under my own company name. I would like to discuss my plan with a broker that is open to allowing me to hang my license under their brokerage so that I can get this idea off the ground.
