What CRM do you recommend to Rookie Realtor
Hello everyone,
I'm transitioning my career into Real Estate throughout this next year. I'm curious what CRMs everyone is using or recommends? Just trying to do as much research as possible, so I can have my sphere ready to roll and hit the ground running day one!
Thank you!

@Jacob D. As a rookie, use whatever your brokerage provides if it's free. One of your top goals should be to keep your overhead down.
It's easy to fall prey to the countless lead generation schemes and various other shiny objects to the point where your monthly spend crushes you. (Any guess as to how I know this?)
If the brokerage doesn't offer one, I'd look at www.RealtyJuggler.com. It's not highly polished, but it works and has a lot of the features you'll want. Last I looked, it was $99/year.
