How To Get REO Listings

I'm looking for a strategy to help more banks offloading properties to the market as REO (foreclosure) properties. Is there any strategy for how to work with a bank looking to sell their properties so that I can list the property as a Realtor? I live in Houston and I know not all banks are local so doing a simple "Asset Manager" search on LinkedIn is very overwhelming with the amount of people that have that title
