Should I hire a Buyers Agent?

Hi Fellow BP Members, I recently saw a property of interest and want to pursue it. However, it is listed on the MLS. Do I need to have a buyers agent represent me in order to make an offer on this property? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Robert

Do you need an agent? No.

But if you are asking if you need an agent....then you probably need one.
