My team and I have recently expanded our portfolio to Alabama, Madison county market. We have a good PM set in place but are always looking for highly recommend company’s. The area’s in need of recommendations are an investor friendly Real Estate Agent who knows the area and are willing to run COMPS, contractors, Property Management companies and wholesalers. Also, other investors in the area I am always looking to connect and build relationships.
