Looking for no interest or owner financing in DFW area!

I’m in dfw and looking to start investing with my first home, through owner financing opportunities or no interest lending better known as “halal loans”. Recently moved from Canada so I don’t have any credit or verifiable income, but can put a good down payment down (40k) cash or so. If there are any agents who can help please message me.
