Brokerages that are part-time friendly in SoCal

Hello BP,

I'm a newly-licensed real estate agent in California - just got my CALBRE # last week and I'm pumped to get moving.

However, I do have a cozy full-time job that pays quite well in the software industry. I'm looking to break into RE on a part-time basis, and I'm having a hard time finding a brokerage that is willing to take on a part-time agent. I'm not in a position to leave my current role, as I need the income coming in. If and when my RE career takes off, I'd be open to leaving my current role if the opportunity cost is right, but for now, I'd like to start out part-time and get my foot in the door.

Thanks in advance, BP. Happy to connect and discuss further.
