My new Reintroduction
Good morning everyone, I’ve already done one intro on here a while back but now I’d like to introduce myself as realtor. I’ve been and investor for the past few years while learning off of Bigger Pockets and that learning led me to get my real estate license here in North Carolina. I currently live in Thomasville but also cover Winston-Salem, High Point, Lexington, High Rock Lake, Lake Norman, Badin Lake, and other surrounding.
I wanted to take the time to do a intro on here because I know how frustrating it can be to find an investor friendly realtor when looking at properties. If I had 50 houses right now I could rent all 50 with this hot rental market we are in.
Good luck to all the new and current investors out there!
Welcome Toby, happy to have you hear.
Good luck!
Hey Toby! That's (as Brandon and Josh would've put it) Awesome! I'm in a similar position in Orlando. I still have to take my real estate exam (first attempt was a 72%) but I want to work with investors too and read the post I think it was called the ultimate realtor guide to working with investors. Unlike you, I don't have investor experience yet and plan on house hacking by next summer. How did you get started in investing and what type of investing are you doing?

Hi Toby -
I see you are from Thomasville. Glad you reached out. I've just purchased some townhouse apartments in Thomasville. Are you an investor in town as well?
