Hi I am a first time buyer looking to house hack at the age of 21. Got approved for a mortgage and am looking for a professional real estate agent in the Portland OR/Vancouver WA area that understands cash flow and the importance of finding a multi family deal that will make sense to purchase in this economy. I am mostly interested in a triplex or duplex. Thanks guys!
