Lead Generators such as ZBuyer

I'm curious to hear anybody's experience with a "lead generation service" such as Zbuyer.  Do you use it to get leads for listing? And/or do you use it for your own investment property leads?

I'm just trying to not leave any stone unturned as I'm considering all possible ways to generate motivated seller leads.  The Zbuyer rep told me I would get 25 leads per month at a monthly cost of $200.  There is no contract so I can cancel at any time.  I'm considering giving it a try for a month or two, but wanted to see what experience others have had.
