Realtor Incentives Offered by Brokerage

Good afternoon, 

I am curious to hear what various incentives/awards your brokers offer to you as agents? Top producer recognition? Top listing agent recognition? Monthly incentives as well as annually? Are there incentives you would like to see your broker offer that they currently do not, if so what are they? Any that you feel currently offered do not fit your brokerage or business?
