Real Estate Agent in Austin

Looking for a realestate agent in Austin, TX who has experience working with investors/investment properties. I’ve had a rental property before, but never approached it from as much of an investment/scale angle as id like to now. I’m looking to invest (leverage, not all cash) in either a MFH or SFH that needs a little work. I’ve found that SA is a market where the numbers work a little better, but I would like to at least get my bearings here in Austin, and ideally be able to consistently find good deals in Austin.
