New realtor in Central Florida

Hi BP community, I am a new Realtor in Orlando. Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi to everyone. I did my first open house yesterday. I Had a little bit of traffic. The downside was the house had no power. Owner is a flipper I believe And don’t care much. Even the lawn was pretty rough. Note to self. Ask next time if the house has power on. Not cool in a 90 Florida weather 3 hours without AC. The listing agent was mortified but not much that could be done on a Sunday. Will love to connect with other agents and possible buyer and investors. Anyone in need hit me up please.
