Property Manager Partnering With YOUR Agent

I often get calls from investors that are already working with a Real Estate Agent. It has proven to be effective when purchasing an investment property for the property manager/real estate agent to make sure that the investment works all the way around. Has anyone else seen this a helpful tool/resource for all involved?
