Passed CA broker exam, no sales experience, best next step?
Hi all,
I recently passed the CA broker exam with no sales experience. I qualified by equivalent experience with my years in real estate lending. Looking for advice on what the next best step would be.
Should I just find any office with good training/mentoring to learn the business? And when I'm meeting with these offices, will it matter that I have my broker's license instead of my sales license? I've heard that some offices can be reluctant to take on someone like that because they'll be afraid they're just going to quit, given they have their broker license and would have that as an option, vs someone with a sales license.
Thoughts? Thanks all
