MLS Public Records or Listsource.com
About to Skip Trace a list of Non-Owner Occupants in one of my target areas. I'd like to save money however I can so I'm thinking of just using the names/addresses that I get through the MLS.
However, I feel it would be more efficient to get a more targeted list from listsource.com, ie, high equity non-owner, tax delinquent non-owner, mortgage default non-owner, etc.
Anyone out there done both of these? What were your results?
