To all of my fellow commercial/residential investment agents:

Are you training clients how to be better investors? Or are you vetting early and if they are not a skilled/sophisticated investor you kindly move on? What strategies do you use to maximize time? 

Looking for some advice on time usage and how to manage your "today investors" with your "tomorrow investors" all while servicing your "right now contracts".
