Seeking an Investor-Friendly Agent in the Albany, NY Area

Hey, BP. I have been mainly a lurker for quite a few years now. I've been working full-time for nearly two years and the itch to invest has really gotten strong as of late. As such, I'm looking to develop a relationship with an agent in the Albany area. Ideally, I am hoping to find someone with experience with HUD and/or Fannie Mae properties. Past experience with foreclosures and short sales would also be great.
