Dual licensing California / Oregon
Hello all,
I am new to BiggerPockets. I am looking some help, to find a education course for the initial real estate licensing, that will cover the requirements for California and Oregon. I see Oregon requires more course hours but California requires specific classes. Do any of you know of a school or course that will work for both states?
Thanks
Steve
